Many people suffer from Depression and I'm sure you have heard that more and more deaths are actually caused by depression. I'm not expert but apparently I can help people. No one on this blog will be judged at all. Nothing I have ever heard has ever scared me or made me run for cover. If you have something thats keeping you down, empty it as a comment below and if you want me advice you can ask. I'm not doing this for attention or to "appear" to be a good person. I DO want to help people and any of you can come to me for help, I like to help people =] If you want to send a note privately to me then send it to my email but comment saying "check email" or something first, because I have a few emails... Lol.

I realised today that talking about your problems can make you feel lighter and even maybe completely free of them. If you dont talk about it it remains buried within you and you cant just keep something like that bottled up. it will lead to terrible things.

And no matter what you think this saying IS true about EVERYONE.

NEVER EVER doubt your worth in the world, because someone out there needs you. Without you they feel that they cant keep living. Live for them, we all DO mean something!

If you dont believe me ask me how I know this and I will tell you. I'd say now but I'm not sure if anyone is even reading this.
